Journey To Hope

“The Country Roads Journey to Hope Program was created to assist patients and families who need specialized care at another facility. Often, insurance doesn’t cover non-emergency services, such as transportation. The Country Roads Journey to Hope Program will assist families with related expenses on their journey to recovery.”

You can help support the Journey To Hope with your attendance to the Team Wammer Father/Son Baseball Camp below.

Team Wammer Father/Son Baseball Camp

Saturday, June 17, 2023
10:00AM - 1:00PM

Come out and join the Mountaineer Coaches and Players for a unique baseball experience that allows a parent to join their youth baseball player in an on-the-field training environment. The camp provides an opportunity for fathers and sons to learn and practice side-by-side, through training in a variety of drills that can continued at home. This camp is designed to be a great bonding experience for fathers and sons, as they enjoy time together while also playing and learning the greatest game on earth.

Equipment: Each camper will need to bring his own equipment (baseball pants, gloves, bat, helmet, cleats, etc.)

Contact: Please email Joey Cuomo for all questions regarding this camp.

Open to any and all entrants, ages 5-12.
